<p>Olha eleee! A decisão por perder peso aconteceu após o famoso passar por exames que apontaram gordura no fígado, gastrite e úlcera por causa de seus 160kg. “Foram 46 quilos em um ano e dois meses. Agora estou com 114 quilos. Consegui tirar os vícios da alimentação e da compulsão alimentar”, contou ao Notícias da TV. “Eu era muito desregrado. Comia pizza às 3h da madrugada, jantava às 22h da noite e comia pizza de manhã. Hoje em dia, os exames estando ótimos e estou feliz da vida”, completou ele, que está com 29 anos de idade.</p>
<p>Gominho disse que o segredo foi tirar o fast food da alimentação e reduzir o álcool. Além, é claro, de incluir exercícios físicos. “Estou treinando todos os dias e dormindo cedo”, afirmou.</p>
